About The Position

As our Revenue Operations Manager (RevOps), you will sit at the intersection of Sales, Finance, Customer Success, and Operations. Your mission is to optimize the revenue engine for smooth, transparent, scalable global growth. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys billing processes, data, tools, and automation, and who gets excited about improving things rather than just maintaining them. You will help build the operational backbone that supports our global growth across EMEA and the US. This role is ideal for someone early to mid-career with strong analytical and technical curiosity, who wants to grow into a senior RevOps or Revenue Systems role.

Requirements

  • First experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, Finance Ops, or Business Operations
  • Strong analytical mindset and high attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with systems, data, and processes
  • Interest in automation, tooling, and AI-based efficiency
  • Structured, reliable, and proactive working style
  • Very good English (written & spoken), German is a plus

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Exposure to billing or subscription models (SaaS experience a plus)
  • Experience with reporting tools, spreadsheets, or BI tools
  • Basic technical skills (e.g. SQL, Python, no-code tools, or scripting) are considered a plus
  • Experience working in an international or US/EMEA setup

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and optimize our revenue systems landscape (e.g. CRM, billing tools, reporting tools)
  • Ensure clean data flows between Sales, Finance, and Customer Success systems
  • Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and manual work, and fix it
  • Act as the go-to person for RevOps system questions and improvements
  • Build and maintain revenue dashboards and reports (pipeline, bookings, ARR, churn, etc.)
  • Support leadership with reliable, decision-ready revenue data
  • Improve forecasting accuracy and transparency across regions
  • Identify opportunities to automate repetitive operational tasks
  • Use no-code / low-code tools, scripts, or AI solutions to improve efficiency
  • Experiment with AI-driven workflows (e.g. forecasting support, data cleanup, reporting automation)
  • Partner with internal tech teams to scale smart solutions globally
  • Optimize interfaces to billing and invoicing across regions (EMEA & US)
  • Manage accurate revenue tracking, recurring billing, renewals, and contract amendments
  • Partner closely with Finance on revenue recognition, reporting, and audits
  • Support contract structuring (pricing, terms, billing logic)
  • Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and People teams
  • Support the rollout of new processes, tools, and ways of working
  • Help standardize revenue operations globally while respecting local requirements
