About The Position

As the Senior Manager of Finance, you will be the lead architect of Zellerfeld’s financial planning and strategy. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will take full ownership of our corporate financial model, driving the analytics that inform our global expansion. You are a "hands-on" expert who thrives on building systems from the ground up—from sophisticated budgeting frameworks to robust investor communications. Your mission is to provide the financial clarity and strategic foresight necessary to scale our 3D-printing revolution globally as we disrupt the traditional footwear industry.

Requirements

  • Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in finance, with a heavy emphasis on FP&A and corporate finance.
  • Modeling Mastery: Expert-level financial modeling skills with a proven ability to build complex, scalable models from scratch.
  • Operational Mindset: A "hands-on" approach with the ability to navigate both high-level strategy and granular data.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to distill complex financial data into clear narratives for investors and the Board.
  • Startup Agility: Proven ability to build functions and teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Data Fluency: Strong background in data analytics, with the ability to integrate AI tools and data analytics techniques and translate complex outputs into actionable business strategies.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration; MBA or relevant Master’s degree preferred.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership skills with a track record of mentoring teams and driving organizational growth.
  • Tools: Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and specialized financial planning or ERP software.

Responsibilities

  • FP&A Leadership: Lead the company-wide financial planning and analysis function, including the development of annual budgets and rolling forecasts.
  • Corporate Modeling: Build, maintain, and evolve the complex corporate financial model to support long-term strategic planning and capital allocation.
  • Investor Relations Support: Drive the creation of materials for investor communications, board meetings, and external stakeholder communications, ensuring technical accuracy and strategic alignment.
  • Organizational Build-out: Partner with the CFO to further build and scale the finance organization, including recruiting and mentoring future team members.
  • Financial Analytics: Develop internal and external financial analytics and KPIs to track performance against strategic goals and manufacturing milestones.
  • Process Implementation: Establish "hands-on" procedures for budgeting and variance analysis to ensure financial discipline across all departments.
  • Strategic Partnering: Act as a key analytics provider to department heads, providing data-driven insights to optimize spending and drive operational efficiency.
