This role is based in Germany and sits at the heart of our global GTM and RevOps organization, supporting teams across regions, especially the U.S. market. Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in RevOps, SalesOps, or Marketing Ops within a SaaS / B2B environment.
  • Strong Salesforce expertise (mandatory), with experience in Marketing Cloud or Experience Cloud / Partner Communities as a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with RevOps systems, automation, and building scalable technical solutions.
  • A data-driven mindset, with strong Excel / Google Sheets skills and exposure to BI tools.
  • A passion for process design, automation, and operational excellence across the GTM funnel.
  • The ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • Solid understanding of SaaS GTM metrics and revenue drivers.
  • Alignment with our values and fluency in English (German is a plus).

Responsibilities

  • Design and own end-to-end RevOps processes, ensuring seamless data flow across the sales and GTM funnel.
  • Maintain and evolve the Salesforce architecture, ensuring data integrity and system reliability.
  • Build and optimize automated workflows using APIs and LLMs to scale GTM operations.
  • Marketing Ops: Own the technical architecture of Marketing Operations and Salesforce Marketing Cloud, scaling marketing processes and system integrations.
  • Or Channel Ops: Own the technical architecture of the revenue stack with a focus on Channel & Partner Operations, including Experience Cloud / Partner Communities, to enable partner-driven growth.
