Rimes TechnologiesNew York, NY
$140,000 - $160,000Onsite

About The Position

We are hiring a Revenue Operations Manager to be based in New York as a core member of our North America GTM organization. This is a newly structured, regionally embedded role — close to the action and designed to ensure our North America go-to-market motion operates with the pace, precision, and insight needed to support Rimes' ambitious growth. This role sits at the intersection of commercial strategy and operational execution. You will own the regional deal desk, drive real-time pipeline and performance intelligence, and be a hands-on partner to Sales, Account Management, Marketing, Sales Engineering, and Finance. You will bring discipline, accountability, and analytical depth to the region — and you will actively build and apply AI-enabled tooling to expand what the GTM team can do. This hire is central to how we scale in North America. The person in this role will have genuine influence over how the business operates, real proximity to leadership, and the opportunity to build something that matters. If you thrive in a high-growth environment, move fast, and believe that great Revenue Operations and GTM Engineering is a competitive advantage, this role was built for you.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
  • Proven experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations — ideally within an enterprise data management, B2B SaaS, or financial technology environment
  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce; able to interrogate data, manage pipeline hygiene, and drive adoption
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools and modern GTM technology to drive speed, accuracy, and insight — including conversational AI, AI-assisted forecasting, and lead intelligence platforms
  • Strong analytical and storytelling skills: you connect disparate data points and turn them into clear, actionable narratives for senior stakeholders
  • Confident, credible communicator — equally effective in a deal review with a sales rep and a pipeline briefing with the CRO
  • Comfortable driving change and influencing without direct authority; you know how to bring people along
  • Self-directed, structured, and highly organized — able to manage competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-moving environment
  • Collaborative by instinct, with strong cross-functional relationship-building skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Clari or comparable revenue intelligence and forecasting platforms
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI)
  • Knowledge of financial markets, investment management, or financial data services
  • Prior experience in the financial services or fintech industry
  • Exposure to MEDDPICC or other structured sales qualification methodologies

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the regional deal desk, ensuring opportunities move efficiently through qualification, approvals, pricing, and contract execution with minimal friction
  • Employ MEDDPICC methodology, stage gates, and structured deal reviews to improve deal velocity and forecast reliability
  • Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and GTM leadership to keep deals on track and secure timely cross-functional sign-off
  • Deliver regional pipeline, opportunity, and performance deep dives to GTM leadership — in real time
  • Lead forecasting, build management reporting, and drive meaningful improvements in forecast accuracy
  • Spot patterns in closed-won and closed-lost data, and turn them into actionable insights backed by coaching and process change
  • Champion the adoption and expansion of AI-powered GTM tooling — including conversational AI, AI-enabled forecasting, lead generation, and opportunity scoring — to grow lead conversion, team capacity and output quality
  • Serve as the regional expert in data integrity, adoption, and effective use across the team
  • Lead regional governance cadences: deal reviews, win/loss retros, win planning, and pipeline hygiene
  • Contribute and run scalable, repeatable revenue funnel processes that improve conversion rates, reduce friction, and build a performance culture
  • Benchmark critical success factors and expand knowledge sharing across the North America GTM team
  • Support GTM leaders in territory planning aligned to regional strategy
  • Connect the North America GTM team with Product, Finance, and Professional Services on pricing and packaging
  • Contribute to the broader GTM transformation program, helping to build organizational skills and capabilities as Rimes scales
  • Partner with SDRs and Marketing to optimize lead conversion, lifecycle tracking, and campaign performance reporting
