We are hiring a Revenue Operations Manager to be based in New York as a core member of our North America GTM organization. This is a newly structured, regionally embedded role — close to the action and designed to ensure our North America go-to-market motion operates with the pace, precision, and insight needed to support Rimes' ambitious growth. This role sits at the intersection of commercial strategy and operational execution. You will own the regional deal desk, drive real-time pipeline and performance intelligence, and be a hands-on partner to Sales, Account Management, Marketing, Sales Engineering, and Finance. You will bring discipline, accountability, and analytical depth to the region — and you will actively build and apply AI-enabled tooling to expand what the GTM team can do. This hire is central to how we scale in North America. The person in this role will have genuine influence over how the business operates, real proximity to leadership, and the opportunity to build something that matters.
