About The Position

We are seeking a hands-on Revenue Operations Manager with deep HubSpot expertise to own, optimize, and scale Ampa’s CRM, Marketing, Customer Support, Commerce, and revenue operations infrastructure. This person will serve as the internal HubSpot administrator and strategic partner to Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Leadership. You will design workflows, improve reporting, maintain CRM hygiene, support pipeline management, and build scalable operational processes that help the Growth team move faster and make better decisions. This role is ideal for someone who combines technical CRM fluency with strong business judgment and operational rigor.

Requirements

  • 3–7+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or CRM Administration
  • Strong hands-on experience administering HubSpot CRM required
  • Experience building workflows, automations, reporting, and dashboards in HubSpot
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales funnels and revenue operations
  • Advanced spreadsheet and analytical skills
  • Experience with integrations and data management tools preferred
  • Strong communication and project management skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment

Nice To Haves

  • HubSpot certifications
  • Experience in healthcare, health tech, SaaS, or startup environments
  • Familiarity with outbound sales processes and pipeline management
  • Experience with tools such as Apollo, Clay, Gong, Zapier, Salesforce, or BI platforms
  • SQL or light technical/data skills are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day administration of HubSpot CRM
  • Configure and maintain pipelines, lifecycle stages, properties, permissions, dashboards, and automation workflows
  • Build and optimize lead routing, scoring, nurturing, and handoff processes
  • Maintain CRM hygiene, deduplication, and data integrity standards
  • Manage integrations between HubSpot and other systems/tools
  • Own Customer Support /Success tools, like Health Scores and Help Desk
  • Own Commerce Ops, including invoicing, payments, collections, AR reporting
  • Partner with leadership to improve sales processes and operational efficiency
  • Build reporting and dashboards for pipeline health, forecasting, conversion metrics, and rep performance
  • Analyze funnel performance and identify operational bottlenecks
  • Create scalable SOPs and documentation for GTM processes
  • Support territory planning, attribution tracking, and revenue forecasting
  • Collaborate with Marketing on campaign tracking, attribution, and lead management
  • Support Customer Success workflows and lifecycle automation
  • Train internal teams on HubSpot best practices and process adherence
  • Act as the primary point of contact for CRM troubleshooting and process improvements
  • Evaluate and implement RevOps tooling and integrations
  • Support scaling initiatives, including outbound sales infrastructure and automation
  • Help define KPIs and operational cadences for the revenue organization
  • Recommend process improvements based on data and operational insights
