Revenue Operations Manager (Insights & AI)

Headway
$121,600 - $190,000

About The Position

Headway partners with hospitals, clinics, and health systems to build referral pathways that get patients into mental health care. Our Care Partnerships (CarePa) team manages these relationships end-to-end: from the first call with a health system BD lead through to ongoing partner success, clinical education, and expansion across hundreds of accounts. We're hiring an Insights & AI Manager to be the analytical and AI backbone for CarePa and adjacent sales functions. This is a high-visibility IC role sitting at the intersection of data, partner strategy, and AI. You'll build the performance infrastructure Headway sales teams run on, surface the signals that drive partner prioritization decisions, and apply AI to make the team smarter and faster at scale. This role brings the analytical rigor of a high-performing Revenue Operations function to one of Headway's fastest-growing channels: building the measurement infrastructure, operating cadences, and AI-powered tools that help our Care Partnerships team scale referral volume and deepen relationships with health system partners.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in consulting, banking, analytics, or strategy & operations at a growth-stage company; healthcare, marketplace, or revenue operations experience is a plus
  • Strong analytical foundation (i.e., fluent in SQL and data modeling, comfortable building metrics from scratch, know what a good operating cadence looks like)
  • AI-fluent, with experience applying AI tools to real business problems across sales or go-to-market functions
  • A 0→1 builder that can scope ambiguous problems, build infrastructure that doesn't yet exist, and drive adoption without being handed a roadmap.
  • Communicate with clarity and conviction by leading with a point of view, defending it when challenged, and closing the loop

Responsibilities

  • Identify where AI can move the needle for Care Partnerships and adjacent sales teams: predicting which partner accounts are at risk, prioritizing outreach, and surfacing patterns that distinguish high-performing health system partnerships.
  • Apply AI tools to build self-service analytics that let partner success and business development reps answer their own performance questions
  • Deliver proactive strategic analysis (e.g., referral funnel breakdowns, account health signals, conversion benchmarks by segment) and enable the team to drive against insights
  • Build and own the reporting infrastructure that drives GTM decision-making
  • Instrument new product features from launch so pilots and experiments are high-impact
