About The Position

This is a builder role focused on creating a predictable, measurable, AI-powered revenue generation engine. The Revenue Operations Expert will work directly with the CEO to establish systems, automations, dashboards, workflows, and operating infrastructure. The primary focus will be on building and operating a speaking opportunity sourcing engine, with subsequent expansion into workshops and executive advisory services. Success will be measured by the strength of the pipeline built and the leverage created across the business. The role requires a professional with experience in building and managing systems, and who is entrepreneurial, autonomous, data-driven, AI-native, resourceful, and direct.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Operations, Revenue Operations (RevOps), or Growth Operations.
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Go High Level, or similar.
  • Experience with automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, n8n, or equivalent.
  • Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude for workflow design and automation.
  • Experience building dashboards and KPI tracking systems.
  • Experience designing outbound prospecting and lead generation systems.
  • Strong process design and documentation skills.
  • Professional-level English and Spanish proficiency.
  • Must be based in Latin America (LATAM).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Claude Code, Claude Co-Work, or similar AI-assisted development tools.
  • Startup or founder-support experience.
  • Experience supporting advisors, consultants, or professional services businesses.
  • Proficiency with Apollo.io and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Experience building AI-first operating systems.

  • Design and optimize CRM infrastructure.

  • Systematize the application and opportunity tracking process.
  • Create outreach workflows for event organizers and speaker bureaus.
  • Implement follow-up automation and CRM integrations.
  • Deliver measurable KPI reporting on pipeline performance and health.
  • Build workflows using AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude, along with automation platforms.
  • Eliminate repetitive manual work across the business.
  • Create scalable and repeatable operating systems.
  • Document SOPs and processes to ensure sustainability and consistency.
