As our US revenue organization scales, we are looking for a Revenue Operations Director to ensure operational clarity, forecasting accuracy, and seamless handoffs across our Sales → Onboarding → Customer Success motion. This role is critical to scaling our enterprise growth engine while staying tightly aligned with our Global RevOps team in Finland. You’ll operate as both a strategic thought partner and a hands-on operator ensuring the revenue engine runs efficiently, predictably, and sustainably.
