This role aligns with the Youth, Club & High School Sales teams, focusing on driving operational efficiency, supporting deals, and optimizing the go-to-market strategy. The Revenue Operations Associate will guide day-to-day sales operational activities, respond to questions from sales and customer success teams, serve as a trusted advisor to Sales leadership on go-to-market strategy execution and improvement, take ownership of change management projects and yearly planning, and collaborate with stakeholders across departments to streamline processes and help teams achieve growth goals.

  • Sales operations experience. Previous experience supporting go-to-market teams or working within sales technology systems.

Responsibilities

  • Run day-to-day sales operational activities and respond promptly to questions and concerns from front-line sales and customer success teams.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to Sales leadership on how to best execute and improve our go-to-market strategy.
  • Take ownership of change management projects and yearly planning activities, ensuring high-quality, measurable outcomes.
