Evolv is seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to join the Revenue Operations team and collaborate with other internal teams on a wide range of initiatives, with a main focus on supporting the renewal motion across the go to market (GTM) organization. Success in the Role: What are performance outcomes over the first 6-12 months you will work toward completing? In the first 30 days, you will: Participate in new hire orientation. Familiarize yourself with our instance of Salesforce.com and NetSuite. Understand the company’s product offerings and pricing. Support day-to-day requests for renewal pricing and quote support. Within 3 months, you will: Independently triage and respond to the majority of renewal requests from the GTM org. Document renewal, channel and general processes. Leverage Salesforce.com reports and Jira to manage day to day, triage requests and hold teams accountable for data integrity. By the end of the first year, you will: Be an expert in providing renewal and general operational support to the GTM org. Leverage data driven insights to improve data hygiene and overall pipeline health. Coordinate across internal teams to ensure deadlines are met for specific deals.
