The Revenue Manager is responsible for maximizing Dellshire Resort’s overall revenue performance through strategic pricing, inventory management, forecasting, market analysis, and distribution channel optimization. This role works closely with resort leadership, Sales & Marketing, Reservations, and Operations teams to develop and execute revenue strategies that drive occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and overall profitability. The Revenue Manager plays a critical role in positioning Dellshire Resort within the Wisconsin Dells market while supporting the resort’s immersive guest experience and long-term financial success.

Requirements

  • Minimum of three (3) years of revenue management experience in a hotel, resort, or hospitality environment preferred
  • Previous experience within a full-service resort or destination property strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of hotel revenue management principles, forecasting, pricing strategy, and distribution channels
  • Experience with PMS, CRS, OTA extranets, and revenue management systems preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting analytics
  • Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced hospitality environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of the Wisconsin Dells market preferred
  • Flexible schedule based on business demands and operational needs

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic pricing and inventory management strategies to maximize revenue and profitability
  • Monitor and analyze daily, weekly, monthly, and annual performance metrics including occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and market share
  • Prepare accurate forecasting reports and demand analysis for leadership review
  • Manage room inventory and availability across all booking channels
  • Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, seasonal demand, and special events within the Wisconsin Dells market
  • Collaborate with Sales & Marketing teams on promotional strategies, packages, and demand-driving initiatives
  • Monitor OTA performance, channel mix, and distribution costs to optimize profitability
  • Conduct regular rate audits and ensure rate parity across all platforms
  • Assist with budgeting and long-term revenue planning initiatives
  • Participate in weekly revenue strategy meetings with resort leadership
  • Provide recommendations regarding restrictions, minimum stay requirements, group displacement analysis, and promotional offers
  • Maintain and optimize PMS, CRS, channel manager, and revenue management systems
  • Generate and distribute revenue reports to leadership teams
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and revenue capture
  • Support reservations and front office leadership with inventory management and sell strategy execution
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards, and financial goals
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by resort leadership
