For over a decade, our CSS team has outperformed the competition by pairing a dedicated team of experts with the industry’s most advanced tools. In this role, you will serve as a Revenue Manager for a portfolio of dynamic independent hotels across the AMER region, providing the specialized, holistic strategy these unique properties need to thrive. Requirements

  • At least 2 years of hotel revenue management experience
  • Knowledge of market appropriate PMS, CRS, Channel Manager and RMS systems
  • Experience managing elite, high-profile hotels in dynamic markets
  • Experience working with ownership and investment groups presenting results and findings in a poised and professional manner
  • Bachelor's in Business Administration, Economics, Hospitality Management, or related field
  • Excellent communication skills and comfortability presenting data & analysis
  • Strong understanding of hotel operations
  • Strong ability to work in a team environment and collaboration during team meetings
  • You are tech-savvy and comfortable integrating AI-driven workflows into daily routines to enhance personal productivity and stay ahead of industry trends
  • Must be able to read, write, and understand the English language, prepare reports in the proper format, punctuation, spelling, and grammar; speak with poise and confidence

Responsibilities

  • Own the Commercial Roadmap: Analyze, recommend, and implement bespoke rate, yield, and E-commerce strategies for a portfolio of independent hotels, ensuring each property’s unique brand identity is reflected in its market positioning.
  • Strategic Advisory: Lead weekly revenue strategy calls, serving as the primary consultant for Hotel Owners, General Managers, and stakeholders to align financial goals with actionable inventory controls.
  • Advanced Distribution Management: Oversee the full distribution ecosystem, including rate loading, channel mapping, and connectivity troubleshooting across diverse independent tech stacks (e.g., Synxis, Mews, Siteminder, and Cloudbeds).
  • Omnichannel Digital Strategy: Partner with the Digital Strategy team to own the performance of Travel Ads, metasearch, pay-per-click, and Google Ads, ensuring a seamless journey from search to direct booking engine for your hotel clients.
  • Agile Market Analysis: Review daily snapshot reports and utilize AI-driven forecasting to pivot strategies proactively, ensuring independent partners stay ahead of local competitor shifts and market volatility.
  • Systems Implementation: Own the strategy and configuration during PMS/CRS onboarding transitions, ensuring seamless rate builds and system connectivity for new independent partners.
  • Proactive Yielding: Utilize and refine AI-driven forecasting models to anticipate market shifts, ensuring rate and yield strategies are proactive rather than reactive to competitor movements.
