Requirements

2–5 years’ experience in collections, payments, or revenue controls
Proficiency with customer information systems or internal financial platforms
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with minimal supervision
High School diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
Experience updating process documentation and assisting with cross-functional projects
Familiarity with remote work best practices

Responsibilities

Reconcile and track payments from retailers with accuracy and timeliness
Support revenue control and closing activities to maintain financial integrity
Update process documents and job aides to streamline operations
Participate in small projects aimed at enhancing Revenue Management processes
Assist other internal teams with revenue-related tasks as required
Prepare for and support testing efforts, ensuring readiness for validation by leads
Help research and resolve customer and retailer payment issues
Adhere to detailed work procedures and meet assigned deliverables efficiently
Operate effectively in a fast-paced, open-office environment
