About The Position

Turn your interest in data, hospitality, and commercial strategy into a meaningful experience as a Revenue Management Intern at Nemacolin. In this paid internship, you will work at the intersection of revenue, sales, reservations, and marketing, contributing to reporting, promotions, communications, collateral, and projects that influence commercial performance and the guest experience. The 12-week experience is designed to broaden your understanding of hospitality strategy while developing practical analytical, creative, and business skills that can support your future career.

Requirements

  • Current second- or third-year student enrolled at an accredited college or university in finance, STEM, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
  • One to two years of marketing, sales, or revenue experience through academic or professional experience.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
  • Curiosity toward emerging technologies.
  • Fluent English language proficiency required.
  • Continuous authorization to work in the United States for the duration of the internship.

Responsibilities

  • Build and automate reporting to support commercial decisions.
  • Support the creation of compelling sales and marketing materials, including print and digital collateral, group sales communications, and resort promotions.
  • Ensure consistent resort communications through polished collateral, signage, and digital materials.
  • Support promotional initiatives through research, tracking, and assistance with advertising, resort promotions, and prize letters.
  • Collaborate with revenue, sales, reservations, marketing, and other stakeholders on projects to strengthen consistency, efficiency, and commercial performance.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support, including expense reporting, correspondence, filing, and supplies management.
  • Complete an experiential project and presentation to resort leaders, connecting academic learning with a real-world hospitality challenge.
