About The Position

We are looking for a Revenue Intelligence Lead to join our Revenue Intelligence & Technology team. This is a highly analytical and hands-on role focused on helping the business make better decisions through data, reporting, forecasting, predictive modeling, and operational intelligence. You will work closely with teams across Sales, Customer Acquisition, Customer Service, Marketing, and Operations to build scalable reporting and analytics that support revenue growth and operational efficiency. This role is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys both deep analytical work and practical business problem solving. You will play an important role in building the reporting and intelligence foundation following the launch of Dynamics 365 CRM, while also helping shape future initiatives related to lead scoring, churn prediction, forecasting, AI, and automation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, revenue operations, data science, or a related field
  • Strong SQL and Python skills
  • Experience building dashboards with Power BI or a similar tool
  • Experience developing analytical or predictive models in a business or revenue environment
  • Strong understanding of revenue operations concepts, including pipeline management, forecasting, lead lifecycle, and retention
  • Experience working with CRM and operational business systems; Dynamics 365 is an asset
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and practical way
  • Comfort working in a hands-on, evolving environment

  • Experience with Snowflake or modern cloud data platforms
  • Experience producing machine learning models
  • Experience with AI-assisted automation or generative AI use cases
  • Familiarity with experimentation or optimization frameworks
  • Experience with workflow automation tools
  • Previous mentorship or leadership experience with analysts or technical teams

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain cross-functional reporting across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Operations
  • Develop KPI frameworks, dashboards, and analytical models to support business decisions
  • Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and optimization
  • Improve consistency, governance, and clarity around revenue metrics and business definitions
  • Translate business questions into actionable insights and scalable analytical solutions
  • Develop predictive and operational models, including lead scoring, churn risk, pipeline forecasting, and revenue forecasting
  • Use SQL, Python, and modern data tools to support analytics, automation, and modeling workflows
  • Support reporting and analytical readiness following the Dynamics 365 CRM implementation
  • Identify data quality issues, process gaps, and operational inefficiencies impacting revenue performance
  • Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
