About The Position

Avita Health System is seeking a dedicated Revenue Integrity Coordinator to join their Patient Financial Services Department at their Crestline location. This role involves creating, coordinating, delivering, and maintaining educational programs for Avita's revenue cycle teams, aligning educational resources with strategic focus areas. The coordinator will monitor quality and performance metrics, use data and audits to identify opportunities for staff development, and provide support to revenue cycle leadership through reports and special projects.

Requirements

Certified Epic Trainer – required within 1 year of hire.
At least 3 years hospital or healthcare revenue cycle experience.
High school graduate or equivalent required.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
Formal classroom teaching experience with adult learners.
Proven success in developing curricula and training resources.
Knowledge of medical terminology.
