About The Position

The Revenue Integrity Analyst improves charge capture accuracy through workflow assessments, coding reviews, process improvement, collaboration, and reporting. The role works with leadership to support the development, project management, and implementation of process enhancements and organizational initiatives that improve charge capture accuracy. The analyst monitors and analyzes coding performance at the section and business-unit levels, and serves as a liaison among revenue cycle operations, IT, and finance on charge capture, documentation, and reconciliation. The role requires a clear understanding of the physician revenue cycle and involves overseeing, understanding, and communicating departmental charging processes, including CDM charge linkages and charging processes. The analyst also analyzes and communicates denial trends to providers and operational leaders.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of auditing experience with E/M services.
• 3–5 years of applicable experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
