Conagra Brands is seeking a Revenue Growth Manager to define and drive the agenda for the overarching Net Revenue Management strategic growth framework for Conagra Canada. This role involves defining a multiyear strategy to realize Net Sales and Gross Margin in a sustainable and consistent manner, in collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and Finance. The manager will develop tools to enhance and integrate descriptive and predictive demand and financial analytics, optimize pricing scenario development, and partner with Brand and MS&P teams to align pricing with brand objectives and competitive strategies. Key responsibilities include leading communication and alignment on pricing actions, analyzing and executing strategic pricing recommendations, identifying opportunities for Price, Pack, Mix, and Trade, and improving trade promotion analysis. The role also encompasses developing and executing a Customer Segmentation Strategy, refining channel strategy pricing guardrails, and potentially meeting with select retail customers. The manager will serve as a Canadian point of contact for RGM-related elements of the SAP/TPM rollout and collaborate with US RGM teams.
