Role We are looking for a Revenue Enablement Specialist to join our team. This is a fully remote role, reporting to the Senior Director of GTM Enablement - Shared Services in the Revenue Enablement department. This role will provide operational support across a variety of revenue enablement programs and projects. They will manage the org budget, help with process development, maintain lists of vendors and tools, as examples, all with the goal of improving operational excellence for the revenue enablement organization.

Requirements

  • Strong skills in project management platforms
  • Experience managing organizational budgeting and financial alignment
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to create high-impact presentations and slide decks
  • Proven project and program management skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Asana and Google Suite
  • Ability to leverage AI to simplify processes and scale business operations

Responsibilities

  • Support development of operational efficiencies and processes
  • Manage the organization budget, aligning with Revenue Enablement leadership and finance
  • Managing and maintaining lists of tools and technologies used across the team for visibility and insight
  • Support key events like Sales Kickoff and maintain the team’s google site
  • Sees process opportunities and identifies new ways of working
