About The Position

As the Revenue Enablement Manager, you’ll turn Apptegy’s GTM strategy into repeatable programs that help Sales and Client Experience teams maximize impact for our clients. You’ll keep the core enablement engine running—ramp, certifications, coaching playbooks, performance reporting, and AI‑driven coaching rhythms—so managers and reps consistently focus on the right behaviors tied to 2026 OKRs. This role is ideal for someone who can orchestrate a holistic approach to enablement: identify a business problem, coordinate the right stakeholders, design enablement solutions, and capture outcomes through data and feedback loops.

Requirements

  • Experienced enablement operator (5+ years in B2B GTM): You’ve built or run enablement and/or ramp programs for Sales, SDRs / BRDs, or CSMs in a SaaS or similar GTM environment, and you’re comfortable being the operational owner of those programs day‑to‑day.
  • Program and coaching owner: You’ve owned onboarding/ramp programs, frontline coaching programs, and/or product/launch enablement for GTM teams, and you understand what “good coaching” looks like and can translate it into scalable tools, cadences, and AI‑supported workflows for managers and their teams.
  • Data‑driven storyteller: You use data to make decisions and tell clear, compelling stories—defining metrics, interpreting dashboards, and translating signal into simple, actionable insights that educate reps, managers, and GTM leadership.
  • Program builder and manager: Responsible for developing new enablement programs and managing their full lifecycle, including the initial deployment and continued oversight. You can take a strategic direction and turn it into concrete sessions, assets, and follow‑through that fit into existing GTM rhythms.
  • Cross‑functional communicator and partner: You’ve partnered with Sales, Client Experience, Product, and/or Marketing, can navigate competing priorities while keeping the frontline in mind, and are comfortable presenting to both frontline reps and GTM leadership.
  • Exceptional Communication and change leader: You have a proven ability to simplify complex strategies into easy-to-understand execution plans, demonstrating exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and you have experience successfully leading change management initiatives across GTM teams.
  • Bias for clarity and execution: You’re good at cutting through noise, making the plan simple and visible, and then driving it to completion with strong follow‑through.

Responsibilities

  • Design and run GTM ramp programs (paths, curriculum, graduation criteria) and real‑time ramp/performance reporting so managers can see trends, coach to the right behaviors, and shorten time‑to‑ramp.
  • Build and maintain digital learning pathways in LinkedIn Learning that support ramp and ongoing development for Sales and CE.
  • Establish a recurring coaching rhythm tied to the most important skills, and equip managers with practical coaching toolkits—Gong scorecards, coaching aides, and success libraries.
  • Integrate AI coaching into day‑to‑day management and deploy AI coaching agent into coaching workflows (e.g., discovery quality, platform story, multi‑product positioning), including prompts, guardrails, and feedback loops that improve over time.
  • Drive frontline adoption of key product launches by embedding them into pitches, demos, ramp programs, and manager coaching plans, and by owning launch assets and lightweight certification/retention checkpoints that inform targeted follow‑up coaching and AI‑supported practice.
  • Run core enablement operations and library hygiene—owning scheduling, logistics, comms, and content packaging for initiatives and ongoing programs, and maintaining a single source of truth so foundational talk tracks, manager toolkits, and skills programs stay current and easy to find.
  • Turn field feedback and program data into recommendations by owning and synthesizing feedback mechanisms (surveys, program metrics, coaching outcomes) into clear summaries and next‑step proposals for GTM leadership.
