About The Position

We’re seeking a Revenue Enablement Specialist to join our team and play a critical role in enhancing our commercial organization’s effectiveness. This is an individual contributor role with strong connection/collaboration with PMM, Marketing, and the Product teams. We’re looking for a strong communicator who excels at simplifying complex ideas to develop impactful training content and programs that help our sales people to be successful in their jobs. In this role, you’ll support a comprehensive training and development program, including onboarding and everboarding training. You’ll assist with sales playbooks, and manage our sales enablement content repository with a focus on utilization, governance and best practices.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Enablement, Sales, Marketing, or Sales support in a SaaS company.
  • Proficiency in e-Learning tools, with Articulate 360 experience a plus.
  • Proficiency in content management repositories, Highspot experience a plus.
  • Experience supporting sales tools, playbooks, training, and certification programs.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and internationally.
  • Creative and successful problem-solving skills.
  • Comfort operating in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment, with strong prioritization and bias toward action.
  • Passion for mental health and alignment with Headspace’s mission of creating a world where everyone is kind to their mind.

Responsibilities

  • Support and implement training strategy, program, and curriculum for the sales organization
  • Support development and roll out sales playbooks
  • Manage the sales enablement content repository
  • Liaise with Product Marketing for up-to-date product information and other collateral to support the buyer and seller journeys
  • Strengthen customer reference program and user community engagement
  • Govern cross-solution templates for standardized presentations
  • Determine content adoption metrics to define sales enablement best practices
  • Publish weekly commercial-focused newsletter to provide just in time information
