The Revenue Enablement team is looking for a Revenue Enablement Specialist - Program Manager who will design, build, and lead a global sales execution enablement program that drives consistent, high-quality customer engagements and improved sales outcomes. This role focuses on enabling execution beyond prospecting by establishing global standards for how selling is executed, coached, and reinforced from discovery through deal close. This role will help establish a scalable, consistent approach to sales execution globally. They will directly support sales leadership KPIs tied to opportunity management, deal progression, and revenue outcomes. They will also advance modern, AI-enabled enablement practices aligned to buyer behavior and selling motion maturity and provide clear ownership and accountability for execution-focused enablement beyond training and onboarding.
