About The Position

OpenLoop is looking for a Revenue Enablement Program Manager to join their team remotely or at HQ in Des Moines, IA. This role is responsible for delivering and scaling onboarding programs across the revenue organization. The Program Manager will play a critical role in ensuring new hires are set up for success by owning the execution, coordination, and continuous improvement of onboarding experiences for Account Executives (AEs), Customer Success Managers (CSMs), and support teams. This role is highly execution-focused and ideal for someone who thrives in the details while still thinking about how to improve systems at scale.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in enablement, training, onboarding, or related roles
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and program management skills
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with high onboarding volume
  • Passionate about helping others learn, grow, and succeed
  • Strong collaboration skills and willingness to support cross-functional initiatives

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting both Sales and Customer Success onboarding
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms and onboarding tools

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate onboarding programs across Sales, Customer Success, and Support teams
  • Manage the logistics of onboarding, including scheduling, system access, and completion tracking
  • Deliver training sessions, role-plays, and call shadowing to reinforce learning
  • Partner with Revenue Enablement Managers to continuously improve onboarding content and structure
  • Act as a primary coach and resource for new hires during their ramp period
  • Track onboarding performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve ramp time and effectiveness
  • Support ongoing training initiatives as needed across the revenue organization
