As a Revenue Enablement Onboarding Program Specialist, you will play a critical role in equipping new revenue team members - including SDRs, BDRs, AEs, CSMs, SEs, and PSS - with knowledge, skills, and tools needed for success. You will support the design, execution, and continuous improvement of our onboarding programs, ensuring a structured, engaging, and effective ramp-up experience. Working closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), sales leaders, and cross-functional teams, you will help build and deliver high-impact learning experiences while tracking key success metrics to optimize onboarding effectiveness. Location - Hybrid in Austin, TX (in the office 4 days per week Mon, Tues, & Thurs)
