About The Position

This role is pivotal in driving customer and partner training initiatives through onboarding, advanced use cases, and ongoing education. You will be responsible for creating scalable training programs that enhance product adoption, improve retention rates, and maximize services revenue. The position requires collaboration across multiple teams, including Customer Success, Sales, and Product, ensuring the training aligns with the company’s strategic goals. Your contributions will directly influence customer satisfaction and success, providing them with the knowledge to achieve their desired outcomes effectively.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Enablement, Customer Enablement, or Learning Programs.
  • Proven track record in designing successful customer or partner training initiatives.
  • Experience in developing paid services or monetized training programs is a plus.
  • Strong background in instructional design and adult learning principles.
  • Excellent cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Data-driven mindset focused on program optimization and effectiveness.
  • Strong project management abilities in dynamic environments.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and scale customer and partner training programs that enhance onboarding and product understanding.
  • Define learning objectives to align with customer adoption and retention goals.
  • Develop role-based curricula tailored for various customer and partner stages.
  • Launch paid training offerings in collaboration with service departments.
  • Partner with sales teams to ensure effective training engagement and support.
