As a Revenue Enablement Specialist, you are the post-sale quarterback responsible for ensuring our new clients experience a smooth transition from signed agreement to successful implementation. From the moment a client says yes, you step in to facilitate contract finalization, onboarding, and early adoption — giving our sales team time back to sell more. You'll help accelerate the time-to-value for our customers while navigating internal processes. By streamlining communication, managing complex workflows, and ensuring alignment between clients and our teams, you will help increase revenue retention and enhancing customer satisfaction. You will be a Hyper Care connection between Sales and long-term Client Development. You will report to the VP of Sales Growth.
