About The Position

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Revenue Enablement Manager (Remote). In this role, you will significantly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of enterprise sales and channel enablement. You will collaborate with various teams to define strategies, enhance onboarding processes, and implement AI-driven workflows. Your efforts will help optimize sales execution and empower stakeholders to navigate complex sales environments successfully. This position requires a strong strategic mindset and operational acumen to deliver measurable results.

Requirements

  • 4–6+ years of experience in Revenue Enablement, Sales Enablement, or Enterprise Sales
  • Strong understanding of complex B2B SaaS enterprise sales cycles
  • Experience enabling Account Executives and Sales Engineers
  • Familiarity with enterprise sales methodologies, including MEDDPICC
  • Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and data-driven decision-making skills

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Enterprise, SE, and Channel leadership to define enablement priorities aligned to pipeline growth and revenue targets
  • Translate direct and partner sales strategy into quarterly enablement roadmaps
  • Identify skill and execution gaps across AEs, SEs, and Channel partners
  • Design differentiated enablement frameworks that align with expected revenue contribution
  • Build standardized enterprise and channel sales playbooks for various sales processes
