About The Position

The Revenue Cycle Specialist (RCS) is responsible for accurate data entry; exceptional customer service; the accurate flow of medical information and patient data between health care providers, patients, and third-party payers and between the facility and payment parties. The RCS is responsible for the timely submission of claims to insurance companies, posting payments, and verifying insurance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent general education degree (GED)
• Level 3 English is required
• Knowledge of medical office/billing setting
• Word processing and computer experience is required

Nice To Haves

• One year of education or related experience is preferred
• Experience with NextGen is preferred

• Accurate data entry
