About The Position

The Southcentral Foundation (SCF) Revenue Cycle Operations and Performance Analyst is responsible for driving operational excellence and financial performance within revenue cycle. This role focuses on analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), optimizing workflows, and leveraging advanced reporting tools to deliver actionable insights that improve efficiency, reduce denials, and enhance overall revenue cycle outcomes. Additionally, the analyst provides consultation to leadership, supports system upgrades and enhancements, and ensures effective collaboration across teams to implement process improvements and maintain compliance with industry standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field AND five (5) years of Revenue Cycle, healthcare finance, financial counseling, finance or healthcare administrative experience supporting claims or access management, or experience utilizing healthcare data systems and analytical technologies.
• OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Thorough understanding of the cultures and the needs of the Alaska Native people who are affiliated with Cook Inlet Region, Inc. (CIRI) and Alaska Native and American Indian people within SCF’s geographical service area.
• Compliance with Employee Health procedure, including job-related employee health screening and immunizations (MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis B, Influenza, T-dap, Covid-19 vaccine) prior to the first day of employment for Health Care Personnel (HCP) positions.
