About The Position

Hybrid - This is a hybrid role reporting to our Tampa, FL location. The Revenue Cycle Intern role will provide support with trend analysis to identify areas of improvement. Specific duties include, but are not limited to: Assist in performing denial trends analysis Leverage existing analytics to identify areas of process improvement Contributing to process optimization and standardization initiatives Gaining exposure to systems like Excel, ERP software and EMR systems Position Requirements: Associate's Degree or Equivalent Experience Preferred Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience Strong analytical and organizational skills Proficiency with Excel and a willingness to learn new systems Eagerness to contribute, grow, and be part of a collaborative team Ability to work full-time during the internship period Physical Requirements: Standard Office Environment. More than 50% of the time: Sit, stand, walk. Repetitive movement of hands, arms and legs. See, speak and hear to be able to communicate with patients.
