About The Position

The Revenue Cycle Director at Clearview Cancer Institute will manage accounting functions, prepare financial reports and statistics, and establish and maintain accounting practices to ensure accurate and reliable data for business operations. This role involves supervising professional and/or clerical accounting employees and ensuring efficient and accurate financial operations within a busy outpatient oncology/hematology/radiation/urology clinic business office.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience.

• CPC certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Confer with subordinate supervisory personnel to obtain data, such as status of on-going work and projected completion dates.
• Plan activities, work projects, and assign supervisory personnel responsibility for carrying out and completing specific projects and duties.
• Coordinate activities of staff in order to provide designated functions or services with minimum delay and optimum efficiency and accuracy.
• Inform supervisory personnel of changes or interpretations of policies or procedures.
• Conduct staff meetings for dissemination of pertinent information.
• Train and evaluate performance of supervisory personnel and review performance reports prepared on staff.
• Prepare reports on activities.
• Other duties as assigned.
