About The Position
Ste. Genevieve County Memorial Hospital is a Critical Access Hospital, stand-alone, not-for-profit hospital located in Ste. Genevieve, MO that focuses on personalized care. Our 25-inpatient bed facility is a Medicare 4-star rated and is ranked in the top 1% nationally for Patient Safety, Quality, and Efficiency. Requirements
- Associate's degree in related field required
- 3-5 years of experience in related field required
- 3-5 years of Supervisory experience required
Nice To Haves
- Certified Revenue Cycle Representative preferred
Responsibilities
- Be responsible for the efficient management of the Revenue Cycle, ensuring all Revenue Cycle functions are performed in an organized manner to maximize reimbursement and enhance patient satisfaction.
- Oversee staff and processes, implementing efficient workflows, and maintaining accurate billing records.
- Play a critical role in optimizing revenue cycles, minimizing delays or errors, and ensuring compliance with billing regulations.
