About The Position

River Hospital is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Revenue Cycle Coordinator to lead and support daily revenue cycle operations. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for coordinating billing, cash collections, patient enrollments, and registration functions while proactively identifying and resolving revenue cycle challenges before they impact operations. The ideal candidate is a collaborative problem-solver with strong analytical skills, healthcare revenue cycle experience, and the ability to step into operational workflows as needed.

Requirements

• Associate degree in accounting and/or Business Administration, required
• Strong Excel skills with an emphasis on data manipulation and formulas, required
• Ability to multitask, required

Nice To Haves

• Three to five (3-5) years healthcare experience is highly preferred
• Leadership experience in related field, highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordination of the revenue cycle team including but not limited to billing, cash collections, enrollments and registration
• Identifying and resolving revenue cycle challenges before they impact operations
• Cross-training and providing coverage as needed
