Requirements

• 3-5 years of application process flow experience
• Bachelors of Science OR Bachelors of Arts Degree required

Responsibilities

• Provide analysis, support, and consultation to the leadership of various revenue cycle components.
• Provide analytical insight for all reporting specific to the revenue cycle area, including the creation and maintenance of departmental scorecards, dashboards, and ad hoc reporting using various source systems.
• Determine the root cause of revenue cycle problems, questionable variations, glitches, etc.
• In collaboration with revenue cycle leadership, develop corrective action plans as needed.
• Recommend modifications to established practices, procedures, or system functionality to support optimal productivity and efficiency within revenue cycle areas.
• Work with internal customers to ensure newly implemented workflows and procedures are hardwired and maintained to achieve financial goals.
• Create, facilitate, implement, and evaluate project plans required for ongoing operations and improvements in quality and productivity.
