Join us as a Revenue Cycle Analyst and become a pivotal part of our dynamic Order to Cash (OTC) team, including Cash Applications, Collections, Credit & Deductions. At Hubbell, you'll work alongside our esteemed One Hubbell Finance (OHF) leadership, IT experts, Business Unit Leaders, and third-party outsourcing partners. Your role will be crucial in integrating new acquisitions and spearheading SAP system implementation projects across the board.

Requirements

• 8+ years in OTC functions
• Strong background in accounting or business-related fields
• Deep proficiency in SAP
• Advanced skills in MS Office
• Experience collaborating with IT teams on functional accounting areas
• Ability to see the big picture and manage details and sensitive deadlines
• Self-starters who are comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively with diverse teams
• Excellent skills in both written and verbal communication, capable of engaging one-on-one or in large group settings
• Open to domestic and international travel (10%)

Responsibilities

• Manage the seamless integration of new business units, ensuring they transition smoothly onto our SAP platform.
• Conduct thorough analyses of current systems and processes, comparing them against our standard OTC processes to identify enhancements.
• Act as a vital liaison among stakeholders to define, analyze, and validate business process changes, ensuring alignment and consensus.
• Craft solutions that bridge gaps between standard processes and unique business unit needs while maintaining strict compliance with Hubbell’s SOX and audit requirements.
• Define testing criteria, oversee user testing, and lead training initiatives to ensure everyone is up to speed with new procedures and tools.
• Lead cross-functional projects aimed at refining our OTC processes, enhancing efficiency, and supporting daily activities.
