Revenue Cycle Analyst
About The Position
Healthcare Revenue Group (HRG) has run medical billing and revenue cycle management for healthcare providers since 1999. We're a small, experienced team in Overland Park looking for someone who wants ownership of their accounts — not a seat in a call center. This is an on-site role, with a flexible remote-Friday option after 90 days. You'll own a set of accounts end to end — managing accounts receivable, submitting and following up on insurance claims and denials, and resolving billing issues so financial operations keep running smoothly. Day to day, you'll post payments, handle charge entry, and provide direct client support. You'll also prepare monthly reports that help the team make informed decisions, and pitch in on general office tasks as the work calls for it.
Requirements
- 3+ years of medical billing experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Willingness to learn new practice management and billing software
- Dependable, self-motivated, organized under pressure, and takes ownership of work without needing to be managed every step
