We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Compensation and Incentives Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team. This role is responsible for the accurate and timely administration of sales compensation and incentive programs, and serves as a primary point of contact for sellers and sales leaders seeking guidance on their earnings. This position works cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Payroll to ensure data integrity, resolve discrepancies, and maintain seller trust in the compensation process. The ideal candidate is a quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates clearly across all levels of the organization, and takes ownership of both the quality of their work and the relationships built in doing it.
