About The Position

The Revenue Auditor is responsible for reviewing and balancing daily cashier tickets, auditing for discrepancies, and recording all variances. This role also involves recording daily machine revenues by vendors, preparing month-end reports, and managing daily transactions for specific vendors. The position requires strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced casino environment.

Requirements

• High School or GED
• Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word knowledge is preferred.
• Accounting knowledge is preferred.
• Ability to obtain/maintain Eastern Shawnee Tribe of Oklahoma gaming license.
• Ability to maneuver in a casino/office.
• Standing, sitting, walking, moving/lifting up to 20-lbs; climbing, stooping, bending, crawling, kneeling, twisting and bending.
• Full range of physical mobility and manual dexterity required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Review and balance daily cashier tickets.
• Audit individual cashier tickets to find discrepancies if variances occur.
• Record all discrepancies, shortages, and note cashier responsibility for shortages into a spreadsheet.
• Record daily machine revenues by vendors onto a spreadsheet.
• Agree month-end reports to the vault and provide them to the controller for review and recording in the MAS90 accounting system.
• Record daily transactions for the vendor, Multi-Media Reel Time, in a spreadsheet.
• Reimburse Jackpot winners to the Casino by wire transfer.
• Print month-end reports and provide them to the Manager for review and recording in the MAS90 accounting system.
