About The Position

This is a non-supervisory position responsible for performing daily audits of gaming and non-gaming revenues. The role requires performing as a team or individually to ensure deadlines are met daily, weekly, and monthly. The Revenue Auditor will track and investigate all variances daily, assist the Manager with daily tasks including audit exception reports, and respond to requests from other departments. Additionally, the position involves performing weekly meter comparisons, preparing information for monthly journal entries, and assisting in maintaining the Internal Controls System. Adherence to all company policies, procedures, and deadlines is crucial, as is meeting department uniform, appearance, and grooming requirements. The role also mandates adherence to regulatory, department, and company policies, and performing all job duties in a safe and responsible manner.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • High School diploma required.
  • Must be proficient in ALL Microsoft applications.
  • Good verbal & written communication skills.
  • Capacity to work independently with minimal direction.
  • Must be able to perform at a successful or better Performance Appraisal Standard.
  • Teamwork – ability to work collaboratively within the department for effective day to day operations.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and effectively manage multiple priorities in a demanding work environment.
  • Must be able to acquire and maintain appropriate gaming license.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents in English, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to read and communicate verbally in English.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide into all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
  • Must be able to efficiently and accurately count money and gaming chips and make change.
  • Possess the ability to operate an adding machine and have basic computer skills.
  • Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
  • Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
  • Team members must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state, and local regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly, fast, and helpful customer service to all guests and team members.
