We are hiring a Revenue Audit Supervisor. This role supports the organization’s financial and operational objectives through effective audit execution, regulatory compliance, and effective team leadership. The position also plays a key role in month-end close processes and in maintaining strong cross-departmental collaboration.

Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a New Hampshire Lottery License
  • Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Revenue Audit Supervisor or similar leadership role within gaming or related industry
  • Strong computer proficiency, including intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Word, with the ability to analyze data and generate reports from multiple gaming systems
  • Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines and manage time effectively in a deadline-driven environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be willing to be flexible with working some weekend days, as well as staying later some days, especially during training and month-end.

Responsibilities

  • Execute and oversee all daily gaming audits and ensure completion of required audit checklists with a comprehensive understanding of each audit process
  • Assist in the preparation and completion of the Monthly Financial Report (MFR) with accuracy and timeliness
  • Maintain working knowledge of New Hampshire Lottery regulations and applicable federal and state laws; support inquiries and requests from regulatory bodies and external auditors
  • Collaboratively partner with the Director of Revenue Audit to ensure timely progression toward month-end close, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and resolution of variances
  • Support the training, development, and performance of Revenue Auditors to ensure departmental goals, accuracy standards, and timelines are consistently met
  • Collaborate with leadership on staff scheduling, workload planning, and cross-training to build a flexible and effective audit team
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to build trust, foster collaboration, and positively influence team performance
  • Effectively communicate and collaborate with other departments to research and resolve discrepancies or operational issues
  • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy
  • Quickly learn and adapt to new systems, applications, and processes as required
  • Assist in training and mentoring other Auditing team members
