About The Position

Responsible for general and specialized accounting/clerical revenue audit work. Audits daily casino activities, recording data into spreadsheets, give notations where needed, scans daily documents. The ultimate objective of this position is to help advance the Seminole Nation by delivering value and signature moments every day.

Requirements

High School diploma or General Education degree (GED)
One (1) year to three (3) years of similar or related experience.
Must have excellent problem-solving abilities and be able to deal with stressful situations in a professional manner.
Must be a Team Player.
Must be a detail oriented, organized individual with the ability to multi-task and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Displays strong verbal and written communication skills with proven ability to handle conflict situations.

Responsibilities

Creates and supports a work environment/culture focused on building high-trust relationships by extending support and respect to all.
Assist the Revenue Audit Supervisor in applying principles of accounting to audit the electronic games revenue information daily.
Responsible for completing the daily audit checklist for all gaming facilities.
Reconciliation of all daily electronic game components including financial and compliance requirements.
Maintains daily excel spreadsheets containing reconciled accounting data.
Performs daily reconciliation within and from subsidiary systems as requested.
Assists with monthly financial reconciliation as requested.
Reviews and validates the daily cashier documentation which is used to track employee related overages and shortages.
Scans daily documents for electronic filing
Responsible for completing audits on all marketing promotions.
Audits for compliance of MICs, TICs, gaming regulations, internal policies, procedures, and revenue reporting regulations.
