This position performs daily casino revenue audits, including vault and bank reconciliation, cash summaries, and revenue reports. The role involves auditing documentation for accuracy, balancing at the end of each shift or day, and accounting for all supporting documentation. It also includes auditing food & beverage, gift shop, and other non-gaming revenue, reconciling various reports to cash and charges. The clerk investigates unusual occurrences and variances, reports findings to the Revenue Audit Supervisor, and completes daily audits for gaming departments using checklists. A key part of the role is recording exception findings, maintaining an exception log for errors and violations, and reading slot machine meters and progressives. The position requires a strong understanding of regulatory compliance, maintaining confidentiality, and detailed data entry. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word is necessary. The role also involves physical demands such as lifting over 50 pounds and pushing/pulling 100 pounds, obtaining and maintaining a State/Tribal License, and passing a pre-employment drug test. Other related duties may be required.
