About The Position

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights that drive business decisions.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in the field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field.
• Knowledge of accounting is required.
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced skills with the Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems (D365 is a bonus).
• Ability to seamlessly adapt to various airline software (PSS, Charter system, Cargo System, etc.).
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI is a plus).
• Strong understanding of database management and querying (e.g., SQL).
• Fluently bilingual in French and English (spoken and written); knowledge of Inuktitut is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Ensure revenue from operational systems is accurately recorded in the ERP (D365) with proper accounting by maintaining revenue-related master data and ensuring transactions align with published and contracted rates.
• Perform reconciliations between source systems and ERP to ensure completeness and accuracy of reported revenue.
• Analyze data and reports to identify issues, explain variances, and provide actionable insights.
• Prepare and support revenue and direct cost budgets, and perform month-end and year-end closing, including reconciliations, variance analysis, and providing detailed data and explanations for external year-end audits.
• Participate in the development and maintenance of revenue procedures, controls, and documentation to support continuous improvement and ensure consistent processes.
• Perform additional tasks as needed to support the department’s operational goals.
