About The Position

Agemark Senior Living, recognized by Fortune as one of the Best Workplaces for Aging Services, is seeking a detail-oriented Revenue Analyst to join our corporate office in Omaha. With over 35 years of experience in senior living, we focus on supporting residents, families, and team members through strong financial operations. As a Revenue Analyst, you’ll manage the revenue-to-cash cycle, ensuring accurate billing, collections, and reporting across our communities. Your work will directly support financial health, operational efficiency, and resident satisfaction.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred.
Experience in finance or accounting roles.
Knowledge of GAAP principles.
Familiarity with RealPage, Netsuite, and advanced Excel skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes for managed locations.
Produce timely and accurate financial reports aligned with business goals.
Analyze revenue data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Lead and manage resident billing, including base rent, level of care, and ancillary charges.
Ensure billing aligns with service agreements, eMAR, and pricing.
Identify and resolve discrepancies, credits, and refunds.
Monitor collections and recommend strategies to reduce past-due accounts.
Drive adoption of ACH payments to improve cash flow predictability.
Communicate with government or third-party payers (LTC, Medicaid) to ensure collections.
Recommend action plans to community leadership and corporate finance teams.
Contribute to improvements in billing, collections, and reporting processes.
