About The Position

Tech Soft 3D is seeking a Revenue Administration Manager to lead the Sales Administration function for the Industrial Applications business line. This role involves managing a team of Account Renewal Managers and overseeing crucial Quote-to-Cash activities such as contract renewals, e-store finance support, invoicing, cash collection coordination, and sales commission calculations. The position offers an opportunity for individuals who enjoy people management, process improvement, cross-functional collaboration, and enhancing customer and internal team experiences. The role is open to candidates in Western Europe (preferably France), the UK, or the US (East coast time zone), and can be in-office, hybrid, or fully remote depending on location.

Requirements

  • 8-10 Years Experience in Sales Administration, Order Management or similar Finance/Commercial Operations role, ideally within a B2B SaaS or software environment
  • 2 Years in Accounting (IUT GEA, BTS Comptabilité, or equivalent)
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration or a related field
  • Previous team leadership experience
  • Multi-subsidiary and worldwide customer base experience.
  • Proven experience managing a small team and developing direct reports
  • Strong understanding of the quote-to-cash process, and exposure to SaaS metrics (ARR, bookings, billings, churn, renewals) and commission plans
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce or equivalent), including familiarity with CRM–ERP integration workflows
  • Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables and data modeling; comfortable handling large datasets
  • Good understanding of revenue recognition principles, cash collection best practices and VAT/GST regulations across multiple jurisdictions
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
  • Analytical mindset, attention to detail and strong commitment to data accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders across Sales and Finance
  • Ability to occasionally travel

Responsibilities

  • Manage, coach, and support a team of two Account Renewal Managers
  • Lead the Quote-to-Cash process for the Industrial Application business line, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution
  • Oversee customer renewals and partner with Sales and Customer Success to flag risks, support retention, and improve the renewal experience
  • Exemplify the Core Values of Tech Soft 3D on a consistent basis
  • Monitor and support cash collection efforts in partnership with Finance and the Sales Administration team
  • Serve as the Finance point of contact for e-store tickets, ensuring timely resolution and a smooth customer experience
  • Oversee accurate and timely customer invoicing across relevant sales channels
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly sales commission calculations, ensuring alignment with approved compensation plans
  • Maintain accurate sales, renewal, billing, and commission-related data in NetSuite, CRM, and related systems
  • Support month-end and quarter-end activities related to bookings, billings, collections, and commissions
  • Identify process gaps and drive improvements, documentation, automation, and scalable workflows
  • Partner closely with Sales, Finance, Customer Success, Legal, and IT
