As the Returns Specialist (Internally known as Rescuer of Returned Parts), you will process customer returns to ensure that they are provided with a timely resolution. You strive to ensure that we are accurately and efficiently placing parts back into inventory to be available to our customers in the future. You will strive to deliver high quality work in a fast paced environment while living up to our core values of integrity, passion, courage, and innovation each and every day!

Requirements

  • You showcase strong decision making and problem-solving skills and are a stickler for details and organization
  • You’re adaptable and thrive within quickly changing environments
  • You can work a schedule of Monday-Friday 6 :00 AM - 2 :30 PM ( and Saturdays when need ed)
  • You consider yourself proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • You possess the ability to move around for long periods of time and consistently lift up to 4 0lbs unassisted
  • You have fantastic communication skills & you’re proficient in English (verbal and written)

Responsibilities

  • Exercise judgment to determine the proper action for returned parts, processing returns, warranties, and shipping claims
  • Unpack and examine returned OEM parts, verifying that the correct parts and quantities are being processed
  • Work closely with Purchasing and Returns teams to resolve discrepancies
  • Repair and clean parts ensuring they meet Parts Towns quality standards to be re-stocked
  • Record and update part information into internal systems to ensure accuracy on inventory
