About The Position

The Part Time Customer Service Returns Specialist is responsible for processing returns received back to Lancaster Archery on a daily basis. The Customer Service Returns Specialist will work onsite within the customer service department reporting to the Customer Service Manager.

Requirements

  • Basic computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office
  • Detail oriented with strength in multi-tasking
  • Strong product knowledge
  • Customer focused
  • Strong ability to communicate professionally both verbally and in writing with customers and employees
  • Strong work ethic, self-motivating and able to work independently and in a team
  • Effective time management
  • Desire to uphold values and integrity of the company through sound ethical decisions

Responsibilities

  • Process all incoming returns on a daily basis
  • Answer return tickets and review RMA requests
  • Add non-new condition returns to the outlet
  • Assist with warranty claims
  • Other duties and special projects as assigned by management
