DESCRIPTION: Understand customer contracts and highlight if contract not in accordance with the one face policy. Work with internal and external customers to resolve Returns, Overages, Shortages and Damages within departmental guidelines and Novolex policy. Identify unauthorized returns and mismatched returns, taking preventative measures to reduce and eliminate future types of returns. Support Warehouses to identify customer non-compliance and take preventative measures to ensure compliance. Report out exceptions and drive compliance. Identify opportunity to drive efficiencies. Coordinate with customer and warehouse of return of Novolex product. Manage back log deduction process for Returns and Shipping Incidents. Process deductions in accordance with Novolex policy on a timely basis. Verifies data accuracy ensuring that transactions are properly supported and in accordance with internal policies and SOX initiatives. Research, plan and assist in the implementation of changes. Assist in special projects as assigned.
