About The Position
The Returns Specialist I is responsible for the receipt, verification, and delivery of customer owned firearms that are delivered to the company facility.
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficient in MS Office applications. (ie. Outlook)
Nice To Haves
- Previous Oracle experience a plus.
Responsibilities
- Receive and process customer owned firearms to be distributed into the custom shop for repair.
- Receive credits from returned/refused merchandise and expedite the shipment of merchandise back to Pease for future sales.
- Process law enforcement contract repairs/swaps in a timely manner.
- Communicate with customer service group on a daily basis to help fiz issues with receiving in repairs/credits.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
