The Returns Specialist I is responsible for the receipt, verification, and delivery of customer owned firearms that are delivered to the company facility.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous Oracle experience a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office applications. (ie. Outlook)

Responsibilities

• Receive and process customer owned firearms to be distributed into the custom shop for repair.
• Receive credits from returned/refused merchandise and expedite the shipment of merchandise back to Pease for future sales.
• Process law enforcement contract repairs/swaps in a timely manner.
• Communicate with customer service group on a daily basis to help fix issues with receiving in repairs/credits.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
